Clams, the aphrodisiac from the sea
Clams have been regarded as an aphrodisiac food in history.
It wasn’t until recently however, that a group of Italian and American scientists studied the effect on clams, and it turns out that it seems that the bivalves (the family of clams, mussels, scallops, etc) have high levels of amino acids which may have a direct impact on increasing the levels of sexual hormones.
In Hispanic American culture, there’s a popular recipe called Clamato which combines clams and vegetables to create a powerful aphrodisiac.
Apparently, clams are also good-mood food and a great source of proteins and essential vitamins for your sexual health.
If you want to prepare a lovely dinner, clams could be one of the best options you could go for!
